The prescribed fees are subject to periodic adjustments and are subject to further adjustments based on the location of each billboard/banner.

Every person who intends to place a billboard/banner within City limits, should submit an application form
(Schedule 1).
The Council may appoint suitably qualified persons to ensure that the provision of this regulation is carried out.
Penalty – Any person who contravenes any provision of these regulations shall be guilty of an offense and shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months.
Renewal for Billboard should be done at the end of the year for the coming year.
* If the banner is used for 1week or less the prescribed fee is $ 85.00 per banner.
