It was an exciting day at the Mexico Sports Center yesterday as the Belize City Council team took on the standard bearers in an exhibition game of basketball.
It was an intense match up and the standard bearers managed to clinch the victory and came out with a score of 46 to 40.
Although they did not come out on top, Mayor Wagner and his team fully enjoyed this show of athleticism and sportsmanship. We congratulate our competitors and eagerly await the chance for a rematch!
