Mayor Wagner and The Belize City Council opened the Holiday Season with the 2nd Annual Downtown Christmas Tree Lighting.
Our Tree of Hope stands over 60ft high and in partnership with Bowen & Bowen and BIG we were able to provide over 1500 children with snacks and sodas to enjoy this joyous event.
A special thank you is extended to Princess Ramada, Best Western Belize Biltmore Plaza, Le Petit Café Radisson, Sugarfix Bakery, La Popular Bakery, Cakes by Karla and Cambranes Bakery for their generous donations of cupcakes.
We recognize that the Christmas Season is like no other time of the year, and it is through these initiatives we seek to engender peace, love and goodwill amongst our residents.
