Belize City Council Delivers Christmas Cheer to the New Beginnings Youth Development Center!

Recently, members of the Belize City Youth Shadow Council and the Child Advisory Body of Belize City made a special stop at the 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 to spread Christmas Cheer and continue the longstanding tradition started in 2021 by the Council.

During this visit, the BCC crew delivered gifts and sweet treats on behalf of Mayor Bernard Wagner and the Belize City Council to the 32 residents of the facility. In addition to this, members of the Youth Shadow Council and Child Advisory Body took time out to interact with the residents and staff of the center.

As a Council, throughout this festive season and beyond, we will continue to ensure that we leave no child behind as we continue to develop and curate safe, child, youth, and family-friendly spaces within our growing municipality.
