Bringing Local Government to the Classroom!

The Belize City Council was honored to engage with the bright minds at St. Mary's Anglican Primary School for an interactive session on the role of local government!

Students got an inside look at how the Mayor and Councillors are elected and the many ways the Council works to serve our community daily. From city planning to public services, they discovered how local government shapes their everyday lives!

We remain committed to educating residents of all ages about governance and civic responsibility. A huge thank you to the management, staff, and students of St. Mary's Anglican Primary School for welcoming us into their learning space. The future of Belize is in great hands!
