Earlier today, Mayor Bernard Wagner participated as a panelist at the E-Mobility Forum during the National Energy Fair, hosted by the Ministry of Public Utilities, Energy, and Logistics (MPUEL) under the CARICOM Energy Month theme: “Invest, Innovate, Sustain: Leading the Charge in Renewable Energy Frontiers.”

Representing the Belize City Council, Mayor Wagner joined key national stakeholders to discuss “Driving the Future: Investing and Innovating in Electric Mobility for a Sustainable Belize” highlighting the importance of strategic investment, strong partnerships, and forward-thinking policy to support Belize’s transition to clean, sustainable mobility.

The Belize City Council remains committed to championing renewable energy, advancing the eMobility initiative and promoting a more energy-secure and climate-resilient Belize.
