In line with our commitment to engage, educate, and empower young men, the Belize City Council is taking the next step in the MENgage Table Talk Initiative with the rollout of the program for the boys of Sadie Vernon Technical High School.

Implemented with the support of UNICEF Belize, the Department of Youth Services, the Belize Leadership Intervention Unit, the Child Advisory Body Belize City, and valued partners, this phase of MENgage creates safe, intentional spaces for young men to engage in honest conversations around identity, self-awareness, decision-making, and the real challenges they face.

💬🤝 MENgage is more than a program, it is a sustained investment in young men. Through coordinated support provided by program partners and male Youth Shadow Councillors, participants receive consistent mentorship, guidance, and accountability that extend beyond the table talks. This collective approach reinforces positive male role modeling, builds confidence and self-awareness, and strengthens leadership skills through one conversation, one connection, one young man at a time.
