In order to serve the public, our staff must be well equipped and trained to engage all customers professionally. To that end, our Enforcement Officers from the Traffic Department, the Special Constables Unit as well as our Park Rangers participated in the Customer Service Relations Training geared towards satisfying customers' needs effectively and courteously. Through this medium, we hope to foster a better relationship with our residents to ensure that municipal relations remain transparent and efficient.
