Today members of the Rising Star Summer Blast Program enjoyed an educational train tour at Old Belize. We commend our partners at the Hub and thank the members of our Programs Department under the guidance of Councillor Kaya Cattouse as they continue to find educational and enjoyable ways to keep our youths safe, happy and engaged.
