MENgage 2025: Empowering Young Men for a Brighter Future!

The Belize City Council, in partnership with the Belize Leadership Intervention Unit (LIU), the Department of Youth Services (DYS), and UNICEF Belize, recently welcomed 25 students from Sadie Vernon Technical High School for an impactful MENgage session.

This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to empowering young minds, fostering open dialogue, and tackling critical issues affecting our youth. The session focused on engaging, educating, and uplifting young men, equipping them with the confidence and tools to navigate life’s challenges. A special highlight was the inspirational session led by LIU Program Manager, Mr. Andrew Dawson, who shared valuable insights and motivation.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Sadie Vernon Technical High School for their support in our mission to Engage, Educate, and Empower young men.
