Public Health Officers Educate Residents on Derelict Vehicle Procedures

Fri, 07th May 2021

In keeping with the standard of our Educate, Engage and Enforce (3E's) Campaign, our Public Health Officers have been visiting residents to enlighten them on the issues surrounding derelict vehicles in Belize City. Our mandate to keep our municipality clean and safe can only be fortified through the inclusion and participation of our residents. This is why we take every measure to keep the public informed about our various ongoing processes to get the job done. In the coming weeks, our Officers will continue to visit your neighborhoods in an effort to notify you about the due courses of action of the Council once a derelict vehicle is identified. We ask all residents to take necessary measure if a derelict vehicle is in your possession. Residents can contact our complaint line at (501) 280-4014 or message us on WhatsApp at (501) 673-9055 for more information or to report derelict vehicles.
