Fort George Night Festival: A Night for Mom!

So much love in Fort George this Mother’s Day weekend! 

Mayor Bernard Wagner and the Belize City Council along with Hon. Henry Charles Usher and the Fort George Committee hosted the first ever Fort George Night Festival: A Night for Mom! Throughout the night, residents enjoyed live music, giveaways and a variety of food, drinks, crafts, and locally-made products. As usual, our local entrepreneurs brought their best and we are always proud to support them as a community. 

The Belize City Council continues working to ensure that no community is left behind. Our team is energized to work even harder in creating safe, inclusive, and resilient communities driven by family-oriented events which further boost local economic development and entrepreneurship. The Lake I community is coming up next so stay tuned!
