Councillors Kaya Cattouse and Evan Thompson, along with members of the Belize City Youth Shadow Council, spent Valentine's Day at the Welcome Resource Center for a heartwarming engagement with the center’s clientele and the Mental Health Association. 

The visit featured a movie screening and refreshments, thoughtfully prepared and served by the Councillors, Youth Shadow Council members, concerned residents, and the dedicated staff of the Welcome Resource Center. 

A special thank you is extended to Ms. Michelle Young for her generous contributions, and to the management, staff, and clientele of the Welcome Resource Center for their hard work in making this event a success.
