While in Taiwan for the 2025 Smart City Summit & Expo, Mayor Bernard Wagner and the Belize City Council delegation had the honor of visiting our  friends at the Kaohsiung City Government Administration Center.

Deputy Mayor Charles Lin and his team warmly welcomed our delegation as both cities reaffirmed their 20-year strong partnership. Mayor Wagner and Deputy Mayor Lin discussed new opportunities for collaboration that will continue to drive innovation, cultural exchange, and urban development for both Belize City and Kaohsiung City.

As a symbol of our shared friendship, both leaders exchanged tokens of appreciation, further solidifying the deep ties between our two cities.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Deputy Mayor Lin and the Kaohsiung City Government for their gracious hospitality and for hosting us during this meaningful visit. We look forward to strengthening this special bond and working together toward a brighter, smarter future! 🌍✨
