In an effort to promote physical health and personal safety of our staff, the through partnership with the National Health Institute (NHI) and the Belize Family Life Association (BFLA) was able to conduct free blood pressure and glucose testing among our staff today. Members of our team were given the option to take advantage of these services and to receive important updates on their health statuses.
As we are constantly reminded, it is vital to remain abreast of any underlying health conditions as co-morbidities have been a critical factor in COVID-19 related deaths and hospitalizations. We encourage all residents to take the necessary steps to be aware of any physical or mental conditions that may result in future health risks and increase vulnerability.
